renovated and sold an office complex in Boca Raton for which he was awarded the 2001 Builders, Owners and Management
Association’s Award for Best Renovation.  In addition, he developed a 127-room, upscale hotel in Ponte Vedra, FL which is
currently self-managed under a Hilton Garden Inn franchise.
